Each player is strictly permitted to hold one active jz999 account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. jz999 employs technical and manual procedures to identify duplicate accounts. Upon discovery, all accounts associated with the same individual will be suspended, bonus funds will be voided, and any disputed balance will be subject to investigation before release.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jz999 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. jz999 will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorised activity, except in cases where you have formally notified us of a security breach prior to the activity in question. You may request account closure at any time by contacting jz999 customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing requirements. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.
An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. jz999 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. You will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. The fee will not reduce your real-money balance below zero.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a method verified through the KYC process as belonging to the account holder. jz999 targets withdrawal processing within standard business timeframes; actual credit times depend on the payment method and your financial institution. jz999 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification or fraud review.
The jz999 platform operates in PKR for Pakistani players. All displayed game stakes, bonus amounts, and account balances are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fee is charged by jz999 on PKR transactions.
All bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and promotional credits available on jz999 are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of issue. These Terms & Conditions set out the overarching framework within which all promotions operate. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only.
Bonus funds credited to your jz999 account must be wagered a specified number of times before any portion of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on games excluded from bonus play will not count towards wagering requirements.
jz999 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings generated from them if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once; placing low-risk or opposing wagers to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial exposure; or participating in coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit promotional structures.
jz999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to obligations already incurred. Promotions are available to eligible registered players only and may be subject to geographic, payment method, or game-specific restrictions.

In-play (live) betting markets on jz999 may be suspended at any time during an event at the discretion of the sportsbook. Any bets placed during a temporary suspension that were accepted in error will be voided and stakes returned. jz999 is not responsible for delays in data feeds that may affect the availability or accuracy of in-play markets.
jz999 applies maximum payout limits to sports betting markets. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook and cashier. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout on a single bet or accumulator will be capped at the stated limit.
